Verified means Review Zimbabwe has taken reasonable steps to confirm that the listed business, brand or branch exists.
Verification does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, financial position or future conduct of the business.
Claimed
Claimed means an account has been approved to manage the listing on behalf of the business or brand.
A claimed business does not control customer reviews and cannot require Review Zimbabwe to remove a review merely because it is negative.
Unclaimed
An unclaimed listing may still represent a genuine business. It simply means that no approved business account currently manages it.
Branches and brands
A brand may have several branch listings. Verification or ownership of a brand does not automatically prove that every branch detail is current, so customers should check the specific branch they intend to visit.
