Acceptable use

• Publish content you know is false, fraudulent or materially misleading.
• Impersonate a customer, business, employee or another person.
• Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings or coordinate review campaigns.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against or abuse another person.
• Publish private, confidential or unlawfully obtained information.
• Upload malware, attack the service or attempt unauthorised access.
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract data without written permission.
• Use the platform for blackmail, extortion, bribery or unlawful pressure.
• Advertise or send spam through reviews, claims or support channels.
• Use automated accounts or scripts to create misleading activity.

Businesses must not offer incentives for positive reviews without clear disclosure, threaten reviewers, submit fabricated reviews or misuse the complaints process to suppress lawful criticism.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or report serious unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
