How Review Zimbabwe works

Search or browse the directory to find a business, brand or branch. Listings may contain information supplied by the business, customers, public sources or Review Zimbabwe administrators.

Reviews should describe a genuine, first-hand customer experience. Reviewers are responsible for ensuring that the facts they publish are accurate and that opinions are honestly held.

• Rate the parts of the experience requested by the review form.
• Describe what happened clearly and fairly.
• Do not publish private personal information.
• Do not use reviews to threaten, blackmail or harass anyone.

When a business is not yet listed, signed-in customers can recommend it. Similar recommendations may be combined before an administrator decides whether to add the business to the directory.

A business owner or authorised representative may ask to claim a listing. Review Zimbabwe may request reasonable evidence before approving access.

Reviews and listings may be checked, restricted, corrected or removed when they breach our policies, create a legal or safety concern, or cannot reasonably be verified after a complaint.
