Review Zimbabwe is operated by Powrgen Limited, Southerton, Harare, Zimbabwe. Powrgen Limited determines why and how personal information is processed through the service.

• Reviews, ratings, recommendations, claims and other content you submit.
• Business contact and ownership information supplied during listing or claim processes.

• Analytics information about searches, page visits, navigation and website performance when analytics consent is granted.

With your analytics-cookie consent, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use Review Zimbabwe, including pages viewed, approximate location, device information, referral source and search or navigation events configured by us.

We must not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, security, communications or professional advice. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, Powrgen Limited or the public.

Some technology providers may process information outside Zimbabwe. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, security and organisational protections.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, account administration, moderation, security, dispute handling, legal compliance and record keeping. Some published contributions may remain after account deletion with the author identity removed or reduced where appropriate.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion of personal information. You may also withdraw analytics consent through Cookie Preferences.

Review Zimbabwe is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts.

We use reasonable technical and organisational controls, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
