Terms of use

Review Zimbabwe is a product of Powrgen Limited, Southerton, Harare, Zimbabwe. References to “we”, “us” and “Review Zimbabwe” include Powrgen Limited.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep access to your account secure.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You confirm that it is lawful, based on a genuine experience where presented as a customer review, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant Powrgen Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute submitted content for operating, promoting and improving Review Zimbabwe. This licence ends when content is permanently deleted, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, evidence, legal compliance or dispute handling.

Business names, trademarks and other identifiers are used to identify the businesses being reviewed. A listing does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by that business.

Listing information may be incomplete or outdated. Businesses and users should report material errors to support@reviewzimbabwe.com.

These labels describe administrative checks or account control. They are not promises about quality, reliability, legality, safety or future performance.

We may investigate, restrict, edit for privacy, hide or remove content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address complaints, prevent harm or comply with law.

Review Zimbabwe provides a platform for information and customer opinion. We do not guarantee that every review or listing is accurate, complete or current, and users should make their own enquiries before making important decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Powrgen Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on user-generated content, business conduct or temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. We may restrict access where these terms are breached or where necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zimbabwe, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
